My Camry has a 6 CD Changer in the Dash.
The PA15-TOY makes the Ipod connect as if it is a second CD Changer. The playlists act like the CDs. The Stearing control works to change tracks on the Iphone, and the Text button displays the name of the song. You can manage your Iphone through the Camry Radio / Stearing buttons to change the Playlist, Songs and see the name of the track etc.

I bought it in US. It costs around $ 140. Now I have ordered the Aux Mounting Cable. My sister got it to India.

Okay an update.
I finally installed the USA Spec PA15-TOY in my Camry 2007. I did it myself after watching some videos on Youtube, on how to open the front panel in a Camry to get access to the back of the Stereo.
I have an Aux in and an Iphone Cable out of it. I took these out from the right side hole over the small coin tray by just removing the dummy plastic closing that hole. The cables are neatly tucked into the small coin holder.
The Iphone is detected as a second virtual CD Changer, and each playlist is a virtual CD. Steering controls work to change songs.
