I appreciate your quick response. I was thrown off by the earlier method of ascertaining the details of VIN for Chevrolet vehicles and without being aware of changes post Feb11. Your posts in Tbhp and Automotiveindia were rich source of information. Is there is a chance you can provide a detailed production/component report for my vehicle?

Thanks wildon. Looks like you have got a good source to get all details.

Is it possible for you to find out the status of vehicle based on the VIN. As in if you can find out if the vehcile is in transit or delivered at yard etc.

The reason I ask is because a week ago, the SA asked me to sort the finance since vehicle is already in yard. Today another person says vehicle has not come yet.
