The full Chassis number can be found on the floor under the driver's seat.

You have to ask the manufacturer / dealer for this. email them and ask the details for the same.

They called today to tell that it's the batch date while the manufacturing date is dec 2011. Not sure how that works

We are at their mercy. If they say its manufactured on 2013, we cant do anything as there is no policy exists to declare the details to the customers.
