6 months time is not too much to be worried about. But if buying a 6 month old manufactured car, you must ask for some extra discount/accessories based on that fact alone.

I did not get the car yet we just booked, and wanted to confirm before we make a full payment. We are getting a BS4 at a discount of 40000 and hence wanted to make sure the car is not too old.

The Dzire VIN you had shared does indeed seem to be a BS 4 Car since it was manufactured in May 2019.
