Can someone confirm my deductions for Ford Ecosport with VIN

KK => Feb 2019. Ecosport diesel MT - Moondust silver. So far everything matches what was promised by the dealer.

Hi, I have booked a Creta with Shreenath Hyundai Chembur on March 2019. Now I have the VIN number, and I understand that this vehicle was manufactured on 4-Jan-19 and delivered on 21-Jan-19.
The dealer has given an explanation that the vehicle was booked by a customer in Jan and he has not taken the delivery yet. Hence the same has been reassigned to me. She is confirming that the vehicle has been lying untouched in the stockyard for the past 2 months and that I am free to check the car anytime I please.
My knowledge in car is limited and I am sure that knowledge of dealer in these car is unlimited- so effectiveness of my verification is doubtful. Is it advisable to take this possession of this car or should I ask for a new one?
