Re: Salman Khan launches "Being Human" e-bicycles

I am confused about the target customers of this product.

Providing an electric pedaling (or whatever it is called) option defeats the purpose for fitness oriented bikers partially atleast.

Pricing it so high defeats the purpose of utility bikers. One can easily get a second handed high mileage two wheeler with minimal running cost for lesser price. It will save time too as more often than not, they are pressed for time.

Looks like a confused product to me.

Re: Salman Khan launches "Being Human" e-bicycles

The target customers seem to be above general category. Why would someone invest so much on a e-bike while competition is offering at a cheaper price. Anyone who bought it? Can you write some reviews?

Salman and Sohail not wearing a helmet or any other riding gear. The worst, cops are also not wearing helmets.
I know the query is old to revert back to but for the benefit of future readers, these electric bicycles do not need registration or any other permits as long as the official top speed is 25Km/hr or lower. These are treated as regular bicycles in this case. So no registration, no mandatory helmets or age restrictions when riding.

For higher powered bikes or with higher speed capabilities, registration as an electric moped is mandatory. Hence all such products available in India will for sure be 'underpowered'
