VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC in the US held an auction on 15th June of a collection of vintage motorcycles, race cars, collector cars and parts of the JAB Jeff Begg Collection, it was an estate sale. Among the items was a 1966 Peugeot Convertible. Type 404C 4498469. in primer, a project car.
Came across this and shared.

By the way, we may be visiting India in a couple of years' time, so if anyone finds another 404C there besides the good Doctor's, maybe we can add that to our itinerary!

From the movie 'Maine Jeena Seekh Liya', we see MRH 5594 that survives in a Bangalore collection.
A dark yellow car is seen in the movie Joroo ka Ghulam - I have some more pictures of this car from another film, will look for them.

The same car is also seen in the 1974 film "Do number ke amir". This is probably the original guise of the car.

Found it, from the movie 36 Ghante. The car is registered DLK 4269, looks like a genuine plate. Wonder what became of this one.
