Tyres, Alignment & Balancing: Tyre Empire (Whitefield, Bangalore)

I had been to Tyre plus/Empire, a multi-brand tyre dealer on the Marathalli Varthur road over the weekend for my regular wheel alignment, Balancing and rotation as the car had completed 35k kms and the last tyre service was done about 7k kms back. Couple of times, I had been to SLNP Pitstop (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/bangal...ngalore-2.html) but their service wasn't impressive and hence moved back to where I used to go earlier.

Services Offered
1. Tyres/ Alloys
2. Wheel alignment and Wheel Balancing - Road Force
3. Tubeless tyre puncture.
4. Accessories
5. Nitrogen

What I like:
Customer oriented team and Honest. I asked them to check for leakage on one tyre, they checked all 4 and confirmed none found.
Open on all 7 days of week!
They have a customer feedback mechanism, where you can give instant feedback about your experience. Though I have not had any reasons to complain so far, I am sure if I do they will be addressed without delay.

Pricing:
I believe they are as per current prevailing rates. For 4 tyre balancing, Alignment and Rotation using Road Force the cost was around Rs.1200.

What I don't like about them:
Nothing as of now

Got the tyres for my Linea changed from them. Service was good. They were not very pushy on any particular brand.

Been here once to correct alignment/wheel issue. They diagnosed the issue correctly, which was a case of a bad wheel/tyre.
Would recommend this place.

Today I had been to this outlet of Tyre Empire for TPMS installation along with Balancing and Rotation of tyres for EcoSport. Although the prices quoted were a bit high, I could negotiate a decent deal for the combination of work. They mostly have Hunter equipments with Madhus branding. I was impressed with the Road-Force Balancing equipment which shows where exactly to add weights and which location the tyre should be fitted for optimal results. Also the 3D wheel alignment was great and it generated a report with before and after results to compare.
Coming back to the Tyre dealer, the store manager was courteous and the chap assigned to carry out the complete job was really good as he explained each and every step and also was helpful in answering all my queries. I wish this kind of customer engagement becomes available at all other places like SVCs so that the customer understands all the work being carried out and comes out satisfied.
