That would be great, and it's something we have considered - but the logistics involved are extremely complicated, hence we can't do it at the moment.

Hi Rehaan,
We recently did something similar in my company.
The packaging company gave us cylinders with caps. The size was slightly bigger than FILM ROLL containers. The stickers were rolled and put inside, like posters are and the vacant space in centre was used by keychains. The keychains were put in soft plastic to avoid damage to stickers.
The over-all cost of each container (in bulk) was less than Rs 5 each.

That's an interesting packaging solution!

When I mentioned logistics, packaging was a small part of it. The bigger part would be the actual manual packaging of the hand-selected items.

Ordered a keychain set last week but something seems to be wrong with FedEx. On tracking the package, each day I see it's out for delivery but then it never arrives and there's a delivery exception. This is super weird since I've neither got a call nor has the premises been closed!! Refer attached image.

Is there someway I can contact someone to get this resolved? The order number is 3386516547 and the Fedex tracking number is 784129430052.

Reply to your order confirmation email with the details, and it'll be taken care of!

Sometimes FedEx tracking shows some weird stuff (I think probably because they just don't have a "couldn't manage to deliver it today" option, but kind of shady of them to blame the recipient as an alternate).

Thanks Rehaan. I've replied to the email I got. Fedex now says they've returned the shipment . Don't understand how they can do this without even attempting a delivery or calling me to find out the address if they were not too sure.

Sorry about that. FedEx is usually pretty good with deliveries, though occasionally stuff like this happens - donno why. We'll get your merchandise to you asap.

I've ordered the Team-Bhp stickers and key chain (set of 3 - assorted) and received them with in a day - was very fast. Love the stickers and key chains designs. Was very excited on receiving them so quickly.

Note: The soft & durable rubber key chains (especially the Got BHP?) smell very bad (read 'Stinks').

What did it smell like?

Do email the store if you want to have it replaced.

True, Got bhp one smells weird.
Seems like vendor used actual tyre rubber to produce it ( to bring in effect maybe )

It smells bad only when you bring it closer, cant recollect what it smelt like.
But the smell eventually goes away when you start using it.

Nothing discomforting as far as I was concerned.

Rehaan - correction: other 2 key chains are fine (which I have kept for my Ecosport) but the 'Got BHP?' really smells bad (very pungent). I had this one for my wife's Activa, and she returned it back to me by evening

It's okay - no need for replacement. I spray deo before I carry it now

Received my Team-BHP mixed key chain today along with the stickers, the delivery was really quick and I really liked them . The only problem seems to be with the got bhp key chain which is slightly broken from the middle.
