Just checked, 33 and 14 for first and second respectively.

Yeah Sunny, tried that. For me total address character count is coming up to 97.

So even if I slipt, it's not helping.

I will try with home address.

Edit: Sorry.. Its 79 characters.

Ordered! Provided my house address and it worked fine

The same address if I add to my Store account, then when I select it during Checkout, I get the same error.

FedEx required that each line of the address be no more than 36 characters. If its longer, they just ignore the longer part and that causes more issues.

There's a company line, followed by 2 address lines of 36 characters each - it should be enough in most cases.

I've tried with 30 + 30 characters and it worked without a problem. Have tried with the address you PM'd me and it worked too - have sent you a screenshot.

Not sure why you're still facing this issue. Will try to get to the bottom of it.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean here. Are you referring to your home or office address? Could you please explain in more detail?

Thanks,
R

On that post I was talking about house address only.

The same home address has issues when we select from dropdown [screenshot below].
Note that, while adding, I had made sure that each of the Address TextBox's contains not more than 30 characters.

Now, I can select New Address (last option in the above dropdown), enter exact address details and in same format; it works and I can checkout.

I believe it should be mentioned somewhere while Checkout, so that people will not have problem. Not everyone might read our post(s) on this thread before ordering.

Ordered.

Was facing the same issue about the 36 characters. All you have to do is the choose new address from the drop down and click back the radio button which says "use billing address" and click on continue. It worked for me.

Re: Team-BHP KEYCHAINS are here! UPDATE: 'Got BHP?' design & mixed set added...

There is a small defect in the set I got today.

In the mixed set, the 'Got Bhp?' keychain's key ring does not have a gap to slide in a key. Its like the ring is stuck together . I tried with a small knife, but was not able to open a gap to slide the key.
The other two were fine, so this looks like a manufacturing defect.

As a work around, I put in another ring on the original ring and then slid the key on that.

Just a FYI .

Re: Team-BHP KEYCHAINS are here! UPDATE: 'Got BHP?' design & mixed set added...

Got my set today by Speedpost, after all the issues with the 2 lines of address issue due to FedEx compatibility. It is interesting that FedEx refused to deliver to one of the pin codes that hosts most of the IT companies in Hyderabad!

Looks like even mine has a couple of minor defects for the LTD key chain - the yellow colour has spread into the black area too and the key ring has patches of steel color and remaining portion in gunmetal shade. Other two are fine. Luckily, its okay since I already have a set of LTD key chains but I guess we need to ask the vendors to up the quality control since the mixed set has only one specimen of each type and some buyers might end up very disappointed if the design they like the most doesn't come out perfect.

I too faced the same issue. After some 15 mts of fight with the key chain. I made it open. Seems it's because of the Gun metal paint sprayed over it.
If it should be taken care, will be good for other buyers.

Same here, but I used a hammer (carefully!) instead and it opened up instantly.

I've been trying to order the mixed keychain set, but it seems the store is having some problems - the webpages are taking ages for loading, and even then add to cart is not working.

That's why we've applied the limit in the store. If you exceed 36 characters per line, there will be a pop-up notifying you.

That said, we should be shifting to another store software soon!

For about 10 days, FedEx stopped servicing a few dozen prominent zipcodes (not sure why).

They have resumed service to those zip codes as of 5 days back (thankfully)!

Please send a pic & description as a reply to your store email - it will be taken care of!

Sorry about this guys! There's a simple technique that makes it easy to open up the gap. I'll post photos of what to do, later today. Will also try and figure out a way to prevent others from facing the same issue...

Are you still facing the issue? The store is loading fine for me at the moment. Maybe there was some temporary network issue at the time you tried?
