Thanks for the information I thought mine was the only one with the P A J E R O sticker on the side...LOL

Inspite of that I do not like it, it is akin to putting a Merc Sticker on the side of a Merc !!

Guess he was asking if your new Pajero has fog lamps. And you were supposed to update us in its efficiency

Yup the new one has fog lamps which are to say the least "ornamental". The main lights with the 90/100's are doing the job well though

That Utsav guy is very efficient. i had ordered plates for all of my friend's cars. He sent it promptly nicely packed, considering the fact that we live in a small town. The parcel reached every third day.

Re: Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8

Ok here are the pictures of the ornamental front fog lights built into the bumper. I intend to change these to projectors from Hella, which are supposed to have a great light spread. The big question being will they fit straight away or no .

The rear fog lights are shown in the following picture..

Re: Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8

Would like to upgrade the fog lamps with the Hella DE which appear that they'd fit in the OE location. Have posted on the lighting thread, no response. Probable never been tried on the Pajero.

Trying to have it checked out & if it is a straight fit, which I think it'd be. I'll want to go with it !!

Cheers

Re: Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8

Ricky Sir

Older ikons & Balenos (foglamps - SGP ones) came with rectangular fog lamp (cluster) - you can check if they fit with minimum modification on the bumper.

Thanks for the suggestion. If you look at the pictures of the fog laps posted above, the cutout for the lens is circular & is about the same dia as the Hella DE's - that is why I think it'd fit just right, and to top it, it is a proper projector lamp...hence the temptation

Re: Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8

Audio Upgrade :

# 3 Way Rainbow Components in the front Honestly by themselves they are good enough
# Existing 6x9's in the rear JBL, just about do the job, running off the HU
# Bull 4 channel amplifier VFM & delivers what it is meant to
# Hertz Sub 8" in a sealed box with grille. Give the all important bass
# DVD Player Nippon on roof strictly for the rear seat passengers
# Kenwood Double Din HU with lights that keep changing & look HORRIBLE, but the HU is good hence keeping it.

Quite a cocktail, isn't it ?? LOL

Last row of seats removed, as they are never used & I'd rather use the space for luggage.

Will post pics soon, once the job is completed.

Cheers
