Mahindra Classic Soft Top With Soft Doors

A friend of mine is looking for an OE (or OE look alike) soft top for his Mahindra Classic. Since he is not a member here he as asked me to help him out to find out from where it can be sourced. Can some one give me the contact details of people who can make or get this for him?

GTO's Classic's look alike hood is what he is looking for.

Sankar, Samurai @ sharat also got one for his CJ340. The same dimensions as the classic. Its around 10K the last time I spoke with Siva@ Trammway. See if you can fabricate it, it will turn out much less expensive.

Thanks beejay & svsantosh, i have PMed Siva. Hope he sees it.
I don't know if he's game for fabricating it, probably because he couldn't find the right people to do him a quality soft top

Sankar, GTO's is a fabrication job. Something similar to the rain coat material.

Also, if he needs to get a really good job done, ask him to go to Koyas and also Saddles in Calicut. They do the same. Koyas should charge 10K.

Hey Sankar, I have replied to your PM. Anyway I have been sharing this information to many people hence I it is appropriate to share the information public

Atlas Auto Enterprise (Very good resource for classic spares)
Contact person: Mr. Prakash/Mr.Rajeev
11-B, Dr. DD Sathe Marg,
Nr.Grant road station.
(Benham Hall Lane), Mumbai - 400 004.
Phone: +91-22-2386 0631/6635 7500

The softtop with fittings will cost you approximately 11,400/- the package will containt the following items

Soft top
Aluminum frame kit
Door frame with fabric makeup
Door handle kit
Four numbers body hinges to fix the doors
and set of press buttons (on the body, windshield and hood)

Don't try to fabricate yourself as it will turn very expensive and time consuming. The ready made ones available with Atlas is very good and the material lasts longer.
