Jeeps/Gypsy's: All through Army Auctions: What, When, Where, How?

Were you able to get hands on any army auctioned vehicle? If yes what was the process and how much did it cost you?
I and my father are bit of a car enthusiasts and buying a gypsy has been in the plans for quite some times but I am not able to get proper information regarding it. Would be greatful if I can get proper information.

Mayapuri has some Gypsy shops. I am a Mahindra Jeep guy so I can not vouch for what Gypsy shop is reputable and which is a rip off....but Mayapuri has Gypsys. Be careful, some of the guys over there will steal the gold out of your teeth whie you are yawning. And some are honest.

Google "Mayapuri Gypsy"....you will get some results.

No progress, decided to wait till the new emission rule is announced. Don't want to take any risk.
