Hi deasert king, the single leaver assembly consist of these parts.
1] the mount bracket assembly; Rs 1650/-
2] the shifter leaver; Rs 400/-
3] the tension plate ;Rs 550/-
The mount bracket plate is a bolt on fitting with all the parts of the double leaver assemble. The tension plate has a mounting hole on the new bracket. Its basiclly easy to fit, just a few problems my shifter bracket bearing mounting hole and the front output shaft oil seal hole had to be machined out by 1mm as there was a fault in it. The other thing was that when the tension plate is fitted it colides with the clutch shaftand does not allow the clutch to operate, so for now i have just removed the tension plate for the clutch to operate. Ill be talking to a friend who works in mahindra about it. i think i might have to change to a cable set up for the clutch.

nice to see the jeep getting your personal attention in its 2nd birth.

Wicked wheels,
Great job being done on your 540, Your passion shows all the way.
Paint looks superb with the dull finish and also good body line, wish you had picked up 16" mudzilla's, or anyother, the 16 inchers make a huge difference in the overall look. All the best.
