Team-BHP - Trail Blazing #3

Hey guys get ready to ring in the new year with a bit of trail blazing on the first week end of January 2010?

A first time over night trip so that we can do a long trail during the day while leaving enough room and time for adventures.

Celebrate New Year with a bit of Trail Blazing.

This time it is different as it will be an overnight trip. Leave for over night stop on Saturday, 2nd January, during late afternoon. Join in for bit of D&D and fellowship at a motel resort.

Early next morning we do Trail Blazing on a river bed. Many challenges. Those with GPS will be given opportunity to find out if they know how to use it. Others will convoy together through a river bed.

After the trail is over run back home in the evening on Sunday, 3rd January.

There will be a charge @Rs3000 for D&D plus twin sharing room plus breakfast plus support.

@MODS: This is a collective fee and not commercial venture!

@Those Missing out: Do not worry in the last outing I identified another trail near this one that I propose we use for the #4 or #5 in slightly milder weather and do a total camp out - self tents and all!!

I have a few queries

Where is this trail NCR, Rajasthan, UP, Haryana???
Is there a specific charge for the vehicles too or there's a per person charge only?
Also some of my friend are working on Saturday so they get off @4-5pm. Can they catch up at the venue??

Charges are per person but I have assumed twin sharing and converted it to per vehicle. Possible to get extra bed or extra rooms in case of three / four people.

Yes if they start off at 5pm they can reach by 7:30/8:00pm. In time for dinner. Right now no plans for post dinner night safari. Just evening of swapping stories and catching up.

Hi Sudev, can someone join in the morning of 3rd directly at the river bed. Me (GV) along with a friend (Pajero) and two Scorpios 4x2 would like to join in morning.

You would miss out on the fellowship and participation on future planning. Join in on 2nd evening.

I am fine with both dates, so I shall not vote or "tsk1979" can you add another option for people like me who are fine with both dates..

I will try for that. Its a nice resort though, I saw the website. If my family agrees to come then I will join in the evening.
