buddy we have tried everything at rajmachi even the canvas belt, thick chains but dosent work . then we switched on to steel ropes used by marine people to lift their containers. and it really helps.

if you see in the video the people driving it are germans on world tour travelling since the past 22 months we just met them on the way and asked them if they would like to join us for an offroading trip they agreed.

the clutch plate and the pressure plate cost around 3.5 k

Low end torque vs Revs! again!

...
Don't want to hijack the mumbai gangs thread and turn it into a MM540 vs Gypsy thread BUT:

You won't regret buying a Gypsy King MPFI. (And of course neither will you by going on for 540 etc)

The Low end torque is something that can be derived in a Gypsy also. Just wait for my next set of planned mechanical mods. I will ensure TONS of low end torque in a Gypsy.

Cheers,

anku, would LOVE to -- especially after you all post so many brilliant pictures of your fun mud/slush filled OTR's.

Just that 2600 Kms up/down from Bangalore in a Gypsy for an OTR . My wifey would kill me.

Whenever I am in Mumbai, I will join you guys on your 4x4's. Love the muddy/slushy OTR's.

PS: BTW, your videos have way toooo many expletives/swear words man. Maybe you guys need to mention in the post/links cautioning about the swear words. But really, you guys make some nice videos.
