The brochure of the next-generation Toyota Innova has been leaked. The brochure gives us a glimpse of the specifications of the car and features that will be available.
According to the brochure, the next-generation Innova measures 4,735 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width and 1,795 mm in height. It has a wheelbase measuring 2,750 mm. The car will come in G (base), V (mid) and Q (top) variants.
The G variant comes with tilt and telescopic steering, glovebox with chiller function, halogen headlamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, MID with a TFT display and an infotainment system with a 7-inch display, USB, Bluetooth and Aux-in connectivity and voice commands.
The V variant adds automatic air-conditioning with a blower for the rear passengers, ambient lighting and an infotainment system with an 8-inch display, internet browser, HDMI and other functions.
The Q variant comes with LED headlamps, smart key, wood inserts on the dashboard and auto up and down power windows. All variants come with a selector that allows drivers to choose between Eco and Power drive modes.
The Innova will come with a choice of two engines and 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions:
2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol, 137 BHP @ 5,600 rpm, 183 Nm @ 4,000 rpm
2.4-litre, 4-cylinder diesel, 147 BHP @ 3,400 rpm, 359 Nm @ 1,200-2,600 rpm (AT), 342 Nm @ 1,200-2,600 rpm (MT)
The next-generation Innova is expected to come to India in 2016.
