Bangalore Classic Scooter Club (BCSC)

Welcome to the Bangalore Classic Scooter Club thread! We have 8 members right now. If you own a classic scooter, and want to join us, just send me a PM.
In BCSC, all old-style (geared) scooters are welcome. This includes the API Lamby 150, and Vijai Super scooters, even though they may have been manufactured in the 80's.
This thread is meant to update all about the activities of the Club. We have already done a couple of small rallies:

We have the next rally planned for Sept. 19th, Sat. Route details yet to be finalized. It will happen between 3 pm and 6 pm. At this rally, we will also be unveiling the BCSC logo, and we hope to have the stickers ready too.

hey sid at least try getting me some temporary sticker kind og monograms, i will soon paint my dad's classic helmet too for the rally in my scooters color

we will have the stickers done once n for all in good quality.
Trust me you wont repent waiting a little longer, I am getting quotes for t shirts also, Sid will keep you all posted on this.

Gokul, I think Sujith was asking if we could make temporary Lambretta monogram stickers for his scoot, as all his monograms are missing, and he feels the scoot looks naked. Sujith, I'll see if we can find the LI 125 Series 3 monogram design on the net and get you a temporary sticker.

Yeah i guess we could do that, Sujith your bike is an import and the shape of a sx 200 so you could actually make it look like one if you want, anyways lets all meet up first and brainstorm on more ideas for the club and your scoot .

The side shield monograms, AFAIK, came only on the Innocenti Series 1 & 2 Lambrettas, and not on the Series 3.

Now I see...I assumed you were talking about the side shield monograms seen on Series 1 and early Series 2.

Btw Im in Hyderabad and can i join the club too? I possess a 61 Innocenti Lambretta and a 1962 Vespa 150.

Hi! Thanks for the kudos! We eagerly await the formation of the Hyderabad Classic Scooter Club! Personally, I don't see any problem with non-local members joining us, let's throw the question open to BCSC members...what do you say guys?

Hi, I think a few introductions are in order here, so people know the members of BCSC. Let me start with myself...hope other members will also post a small introduction (please include pics of your scoot(s)).

I'm a total Lambretta fanboy, and love Lambrettas and their derivatives.

Hi, am the Founder Member of the "FIAT 1100 CLUB BANGALORE", am a Automobile Engineering Student in PES college of engineering,Mandya. I am a resident of Bangalore staying at Koramangala.
I ride my dad's 1965 model 125 LI 3 Lambretta.
