OWS Goodies in my baby: A pleasant change

Of late have been a bit miffed about the car. It did not rev smoothly past 4000rpm. In the city I normally am between the 1500-2000 range(hard to believe but true) so never knew about it.
The mmsc P&P day was around the corner, so went over to SAG and got the filter cleaned. (vikram thank you) Car did breathe better but not 100% to my satisfaction.

Lets quickly forward to post sunday and on a thursday got talking to Farhaan(Sideways) he asked how was the car doing I replied that I was happy but not happy. know I know I sound like a chick but its my car!! He laughs and says he will send some special vitamins for my car. I was like farhaan, am broke plus I just almost got conned out of kidneys and liver in gujarat! he is like dont worry, wont cost you a lot but worth it. Address sent and the next day I had it on my doorstep!
Rushed to the garage and started the operation. First I checked my compression and then ran the OWS engine flush. This was emptied into the existing oil and car was idled for 15-20mins with short redline bursts in between.
All the oil drained, new OWS racing oil added with oil Additive by OWS and a fuel treatment added to the fuel tank.
The plugs were also changed. They were changed to no.6 was running 8's earlier.
I cranked the car and was seriously amazed! The engine note, idle and rev had completely changed. It was much smoother quieter and very rev happy.
Took it for a drive and she does have a noticable differnce. The rpm rises like a bike and it is smooth. the engine takes longer to heat up which is good. The engine is much much smoother by feel. The car redlines with ease. Had a chance to drive it on Saturday Night and it did make a noticable difference. car was at constant 5000+rpm and felt very very smooth.

I have driven it for almost 5 days now and am happy. It was money well spent. the plugs are 1860 a pair, the treatments are in the 600 range and the oil I forgot, Farhaan can you put up the right prices please. am very bad at that and dont want to start a controversy. LOL

All in all very happy a big thank you Farhaan.

OWS Racing Oil is like 4.5k for 4 litres I guess. Should be roughly 20% higher than Mobil 1. Have it running on my Mivec along with the OWS gearbox oil.

It's not that expensive Harrie. OWS 5W50 fully synthetic should be around Rs.800/litre inclusive of taxes. Farhan can confirm the amount.

compression was good before and after. Not much change as I had 195 compression on it already. Cannot get better on a stock engine. Will check again this weekend and update you all

Just checked the OWS pricing,
NA racing oil retails for 5030 for 4L
Turbo racing oil retails for 5370 for 4L
OWS 5W40 Fully synthetic oil retails for 910 for 1L
OWS 75W90ls Gearbox oil is 2100 for 1L

These are the MRP. You might get a little discount on these based on the dealers.

Edit - This was the pricing I got a year back when I picked up oil for my mivec. Current pricing might be different.

I use OWS' engine flush in my Vtec. Works like a charm.
