I have been regularly following up with them at least once a week but the answer I get is "It's not come and we don't know when it will come". Initially they said the Alto Parts catalogue had come but it was in some warehouse but after that no news.
Any suggestions on what to do next or whom to contact to get the items I need? |
Ask them what the issue is, are the orders going in back order?? JFYI, all these items aren't standard spares, so I'll give them some benefit of doubt. Just last month, I placed an order for S Cross service manuals for Dr. Naren, and they went in back order, despite the MGP store getting billed for the same. Hence for these orders, you can never be too sure.
Also, I assume most of these orders were placed in last fiscal year. If so, kindly replace the orders once again. Quote:

You need to speak to your dealer, they'll need to reconfigure the new key/replace the entire lock set as needed.
