On the Ikon, the fuel cap is a seperate mechanism which is coupled to the central locking system of the car. It can be opened only when the door locks are open. The boot release is seperate from this arrangement.
I remember Parwath mention that the lever we source should be a single lever type. So, should source one from possibly the Wagon R or the Sumo. Quote:
